What are your Goals and Inspiration for 2017?



I just wanted to share this inspirational short video  with you.  As 2016 draws to a close, what has 2017 got in store for you?  This video my Dad did for Berghaus may give you some inspiration. This video isn’t about Strength and Conditioning or functional fitness, its about dreaming and believing in yourself and all you can do and be, its about getting out there and doing, living life and being, filling your life with rich experiences that will remain with you forever…. enjoy!



Wow! I love it. It gives me goosebumps every time I play it and I play it to myself most mornings as part of my morning ritual.

It includes a work out, then an all the tools you need to help keep you accountable and on track for 2017

Covering exercise, mindset, recovery, productivity rituals and nutrition.
