S&C: Strength and Conditioning classes use strength, functional movement and manipulation of the energy systems to improve your performance, reshape your body and leave you fit, strong and fantastic!

Turbo: Performance-focused Indoor Cycling classes to help you get the most out of your time on the bike. These high intensity sessions are designed to improve your cycling ability including strength endurance, aerobic & anaerobic threshold, lactate tolerance, speed, power and race pace. The sessions encourage all levels to learn and develop within a performance squad environment. They are done using a wind trainer and you bring your own road bike. (NB: This is not a spin class!)

Performance: A semi-private class. Working to your own pre-set program with your goals, injury management and performance in mind. For the novice, the intermediate or the skilled athlete. The programs improve your performance and accelerate your training.
