Joe’s Garage Youth Development Program

Announcing our youth development program.
This program is designed to accelerate gross motor pattern learning in kids.Do you want your kid to excel at sport? Do you want your child just to enjoy sport?The earlier in life we learn precision in movement, stronger and more controlled, the more coordination, balance, poise, speed and agility we can develop.
Get your kids moving functionally in a fun 45 minute session that will help with self esteem, fitness sporting ability in a fun safe environment that is all about moving properly and efficiently.
From the unco to the budding athlete, this program will accelerate your childs development.
Mondays 4pm 6-9 Years and 10-11 Year olds
Wednesdays 4pm  12-13 years and 14-15 years
We need to know expressions of interest ASAP looking to kick off the program Monday 26th November. First class is FREE!

10 Pass $150
Both Joe and Simon are federally recognised youth sports coaches with extensive backgrounds in functional training and sports strength and conditioning. Please contact us ASAP at via email to let us know your childs age and express your interest.
