Matt Reid is a Senior Coach at Joe's Basecamp. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) (First Class Honours) and his Certificate 3 + 4 Master Trainer. With practical experience in Physiotherapy and over 6 years as a personal trainer, Matt is particularly interested in Callisthenics, Strength, and improving people's movement. He has supported many of our clients in reaching some incredible goals!
The gym is home to unique functional fitness, strength and conditioning, and endurance training programs for trail running, trek training and mountaineering. The facility caters for all outdoor, adventure sports and wilderness activities - a one of a kind Bucket List gym!
