Campfire Questions with Catherine

This month’s spotlight is on Catherine Wyllie, a relatively new Basecamper. Catherine joined us on the 28 Day Challenge with close friend Rae – Maree and hasn’t looked back since. Let’s see what makes her tick……..

Who are you?  Catherine Wyllie
How young are you? 52

What are you passionate about? My Family and being fit and healthy.
Why Joe’s Basecamp? It is like having my own personal trainer every day. I don’t have to worry about whether I am choosing the right classes, they have been chosen for me and I am gaining the best workout I could possibly ask for with results every time.
How long have you been training with Joe at Joe’s Basecamp?  5 months.
What is your favourite workout and why?  Strength training, I love the effort you have to put in and the reward is the rest in between.
If you could live anywhere where would it be? If I had a choice I would love to keep moving around and enjoying the world.
What are you reading?  My Sister Rosa, by Justine Larbalestier. Rosa is a psychopath in a loving family (you never know what she is going to do next). I usually read autobiographies then mix it up with a novel in between.
What do you watch?  I love property shows, can’t get enough of them!
What are you listening to?  I love Taylor Swift, she would have to be my favourite at the moment.
What’s your vice?  Chocolate, I try and live without it, but I can only do it for so long. I stick to Dark Chocolate then I can’t eat too much of it.
If you could have dinner with anybody who would it be?  I don’t think I could narrow it down to just one person, there are so many brilliant minds out there that I would love to talk to and hear their life experiences.
Tell us a secret?  If I told you, then it wouldn’t be a secret.
What have been the benefits of training at Joe’s Basecamp?  Getting results through fitness and nutrition and meeting new people.
What is the key to happiness?  Health definitely, and knowing that your family is well and happy.
What is your next goal?  To maintain my fitness level forever.
