Happy New Year to you all! I just thought I’d like to share with you what Jude, I and the kids are going to do this year. Have you ever got to the end of a year and thought… What happened? Where did the year go? What have I done? Or not done?

New figures from Western Australia(1), which are expected to reflect across Australia, show the contribution of excessive weight to ill health has more than doubled in just six years.

Our current group on the 10 week TrekFit fitness program took a day trip out of Sydney last Saturday and enjoyed a 5 hour walk from Cowan to Brooklyn.  A great day was had by all, culminating with a good old fashioned pub lunch and schooner at the Brooklyn Pub.
