Basecamp Homies is a new way to have a great, fun workout.
We’ll teach exciting new stuff, new skills, new exercises, new ways of moving and getting stronger and fitter until sports is back on again.
And the bonus… they’ll feel heaps better and burn heaps of energy as well.
We are delivering workouts 5 days a week.
Suitable for any young person and hey, the Mums and Dads could benefit from getting amongst it as well!
