A personal training membership not only provides our most personalised training experience, but also enables you to our Basecamp All-Access Pass to utilise our full suite of services in the facility. This includes all group Strength and Conditioning program classes to complement your personal training, opportunity to utilise the Performance Program, as well as access to the Altitude Chamber.
I’ve just started with Joe’s Basecamp but used to train with Joe about 6 or 7 years ago (maybe longer actually), way back when I was working in the fitness industry! What I like best is that Joe is passionate, knows his stuff and I got results. The difference is… I have a few injuries and kept hurting myself when training (not with Joe!). With Joe and his team (Matt in my case), I’m working on my strength and the basics to be strong and train properly.
