Welcome aboard ART specialist, Dan Penny. I have been dying to get a good ART provider working locally as all the good ones are based in the city or further up the beaches.
Dan is an old colleague of mine from way back when, back in the days that I was a Personal Training Manager for Fitness First in Mona Vale. Dan, already an accomplished personal trainer, having studied with world famous strength and conditioning expert Charles Poliquin and Australia’s own Tony Boutagy, wanted to do more so, he became a massage therapist and most interestingly to me and my clients … you, an ART provider.
ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART.

Dan is available each week at Joe’s Garage Gym, on Tuesday mornings. ART is so fast and effective each session is only 20 mins.
His appointment times are 8am, 8:20am, 8:40am, 9:00am, 9:20am, 9:40am and 10am.
Your 1st session with Dan is FREE and after that, $40 per session. Quite often issues can actually be resolved within this first session and very often long term issues can be cleared up in two or three sessions (* better put in a disclaimer here : everybody’s different and this might not always be the case). So, if you’ve been struggling with an ongoing injury that just doesn’t seem to be clearing up … give ART a go!
If you can’t make Tuesday mornings Dan is also practising in Mona Vale, the rest of the week.
