How is your training going? How is it REALLY going? Are you attending a gym or training outdoors but lacking a quality program that is specialised to meet your goals? Our Climb option does exactly that. We listen to you and design a program dedicated to your special goals and you have the freedom to train in your home, outdoors or in another facility. To get started you will complete a Basecamp Online Movement Assessment and one of our coaches will take your training environment into account before creating a custom, periodised program that you can access via True Coach. Not sure of something?
Send us videos of your training and we can critique and modify, as well as provide 24/7 messaging support and feedback just as if you were having a PT session.
This is our most popular personal training offering. You will feel better, gain greater mobility, strength and cardiovascular fitness. We assess your individual needs and write a bespoke program for you that aligns with how you move, how you want to move and what equipment you have available. Your dedicated coach will communicate your program via individual calls as well messaging support. To ensure you remain connected with our Basecamp community, access our weekly group coaching sessions, provide unlimited videos for analysis of movements and access our private FB group to be part of our community!
For those who want a real-time one on one coaching experience with all the bells and whistles including one on one access to Joe Bonington! Your journey will start with an in depth assessment, video analysis and goal setting session. Plus unlimited video analysis, daily messaging and coaching support, a one on one accountability call with your coach each week to keep you on track… as well as all the perks of Ascent..

People ask me how I get fit for adventure and expeditions (because I am not some amazing elite athlete, I puff and curse my way up the hills as hard as everyone else!) and it’s an honour to tell them I choose to train down at Joe’s Basecamp because of what they stand for. There’s not a single mirror in the place, just lots of cool maps and adventure inspiration. They train you hard and holistically to be able to do extraordinary things, not just to “look good for summer in a bikini”. If you want a robust (often painful… but in a good way) gym that actually cares about you and your goals, check them out. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. BEWARE – you’ll find yourself climbing a mountain, skiing across ice fields, trekking some remote corner of the globe or entering some rad obstacle course or adventure race in no time.
