Climb Online Group Training

Our extremely popular group strength and conditioning coached program for those who are used to training in a class environment, wanting to train high intensity and have a virtual group to train with! Where we differ from others? Every session is delivered to you in high definition via multi-camera live streaming, where you can interact with your coach and other people in the group. It’s next level! Easy to follow and safe to do at home, our delivery will give you the confidence and support you need to complete our periodised s&c program in the comfort of your own home.
Not sure of something? Send us videos of your training and we will critique and modify for you, providing you 24/7 Messaging feedback just as if you were having online personal training.

To get started, all you need is a heavy and light kettlebell (or substitute dumbbells, or you can make homemade weights from 5, 10, 15 L handled water containers) floors space, some where to run… and an awesome positive attitude!

Ascent Online PerformanceTraining

This is our most popular personal training offering. You will feel better, gain greater mobility, strength and cardiovascular fitness. We assess your individual needs  and write a bespoke program for you that aligns with how you move, how you want to move and what equipment you have available. Your dedicated coach will communicate your program via individual calls as well as 24/7 one on one  messaging support. To ensure you remain connected with our Basecamp community, access our weekly group coaching sessions, provide unlimited videos for analysis of movements and access our Climb program as well!

Summit Online Personal Training

For those who want a real-time one on one coaching experience! Missing your 1 on 1 sessions in the gym? Then this is for you. Get the benefits of either 2 x thirty minute interactive coached sessions or 1 60 minute session every week with a dedicated coach looking after you. Your journey will start with an in depth assessment, video analysis and goal setting session. Plus unlimited video analyis, 24/7 messaging and coaching support, a one on one accountability call with your coach each week to keep you on track… as well as all the perks of Ascent and Summit.

We like to call this our ‘keys to the Basecamp city’ option!

People ask me how I get fit for adventure and expeditions (because I am not some amazing elite athlete, I puff and curse my way up the hills as hard as everyone else!) and it’s an honour to tell them I choose to train down at Joe’s Basecamp because of what they stand for. There’s not a single mirror in the place, just lots of cool maps and adventure inspiration. They train you hard and holistically to be able to do extraordinary things, not just to “look good for summer in a bikini”. If you want a robust (often painful… but in a good way) gym that actually cares about you and your goals, check them out. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
