It’s great news to be able to introduce Jess Dumay to our merry band of fitness outlaws at Joe’s Garage Gym. Jess is a very experienced local Sports Massage Therapist. She has worked a long side Julia Russell Massage sub-contracting for the NRL teams including Manly Sea Eagles, AFL Umpires, NSW Men’s & Women’s Cricket teams, Body Building Athletes and various other Athletes and Sports people across Sydney. She uses Myofacial Trigger Point Therapy to get great results with all types of sports injury or structural imbalance. With an Personal Training and weight lifting background she understands the importance of Massage to help improve athletic performance and to help prevent injury.
One of her Career highlights was working with the Manly Sea Eagles the day before they won the 2011 NRL Premiership.

1.5hr Massage – $95
Jess is available at “the Garage” all day Tuesdays and Saturday mornings.
